Geodur operates treatment facilities for bottom ash and fly ash stemming from thermal installations. After our processing, high quality alternative construction materials are recuperated, which are used in road construction, noise barriers, landfill deposits and paved areas. In joint partnerships with universities and official bodies in Europe, Geodur is currently targeting the re-use of such treated materials as concrete aggregates.
After a respective treatment, Geodur disposes of waste materials from thermal processes which can not be re-used. To do so, Geodur uses own landfill deposits or works together with partner companies.
